Yes, the ribbons look really great. I already ported the code to
avogadro to replace the current cartoon engine. The mesh generating
should move to a thread like Marcus suggested on IRC though.
I have to make an image for an assignment where we have to show
ligand-protein interactions. Now that we have good looking protein
rendering I can use avogadro for this.
