Hello,
I am using Avogadro 1.102.1 on macOS.
I am not sure why, but the Scale Factor and Offset settings in the vibrational spectra plot do not seem to work. No matter what values I enter, the spectrum remains unchanged.
Hmm. Iāll take a look. It may have gotten dropped accidentally in the latest round of changes.

Oh, and āSave plotā seems not to save axes and ticks
I think the axes and ticks are āin thereā but I havenāt checked out dark mode with the spectra plot much.
Can you upload a screenshot or the output from the save plot? Thanks.
If you can send me a screenshot or list of comments about dark mode, that would help.
The scale and offset should now work interactively after this (i.e., in the latest continuous release):
