Maybe what your intent is not the display of van der Waals forces, but intermolecular contacts less than the corresponding sum of van der Waals radii.
If so, yes, there are programs like CCDC’s Mercury capable to highlight these e.g., in packing diagrams of organic crystal structures by dashed lines (contrasting to covalent bonds):
The different colors (red vs. azure) may help to discern contacts «simply short» vs. short contacts because they are hydrogen bonds. And it is possible to set thresholds by distance when these are displayed, too (e.g. description for an elder version of CCDC Mercury).
