Translating systems removes bond problem

Good morning all,
My name is EL-Abed Haidar and this is my first post. I believe this to be a bug with Avogadro

Environment Information

Avogadro version: 1.2
Operating system and version: Windows 10

Expected Behavior

I would expect when translating a system in one direction the bonds would remain the same

Actual Behavior

The bonds are removed (Look at AFTER image)

Steps to Reproduce

I used the translation block to translate in z direction
