The definition of hydrogen bonding in Avogadro

Dear All,

I’m using Avogadro to dynamically show the hydrogen bonding between water
molecules.
The geometric criteria for hydrogen bond formation is that O-O distance
should be less than 0.35nm and that O-H-O angle should be less than 30
degrees.

Where in Avogadro can I double-check this criteria setting?

The closest page at Avogadro site is the following and it doesn’t give the
detail I want.
http://avogadro.openmolecules.net/wiki/Hydrogen_Bond.

Can anyone tell me where to find it?

Do let me know if the question is not made clear.

Thank you.

Best,
Yanbin

For each display type (like Hydrogen Bonds), there is a settings dialog – click the little Tool icon. You can then set the criteria you wish for the h-bond indicators.

Hope that helps,
