The avogadro crashes when ".out" file is opened

Dear all,
Whenever I try opening the output file .out from firefly, with avogadro…it
crashes… somebody please tell me how to resolve this issue. I want to open
the optimized structure from the avogadro directly…
Does avogadro give a summary of o/p file from firefly??

Hi,
I’m not familiar with the Firefly package, but either way, check the supported formats for Avogadro (I personally prefer .xyz extension). If the coordinates of the optimized structure are available, the format of H2O.xyz would be:

3 #number of atoms of the system
H +1.000000e-01 +0.000000e+00 +0.000000e+00
H -3.255681e-02 +9.455185e-02 +0.000000e+00
O +0.000000e+00 +0.000000e+00 +0.000000e+00
#############################
