I put up a “bounty” to support a ball-and-stick style SVG depiction using Open Babel. I think the results are fairly good and I think with only a bit of work could be adapted to Avogadro.
I’m curious to get some feedback about the style. One difficulty might be the atom labels, but I’m open to suggestions.
