Summary: Stop optimizations when exiting the app
Initial Comment:
When I optimize a complex molecule Avogadro is taking a lot of % of my CPU (obviously). When I want to close Avogadro while it is optimizing it takes quite a while until the “do you really want to close” dialog appears. I think that the slot which is connected to the close-button should stop all calculations (or “pause” them) to make the GUI respond quicker. A “cancel” in that dialog should of course continue the optimization again.
