I am wondering if there is a way to plot spin density with Avogadro from a GAMESS output file. Any suggestions would be helpful :slight_smile:

No, not yet. At the moment, Avogadro does not support unrestricted or open shell calculations, and has limited support for GAMESS. We hope to address this soon.

I’d suggest either Molden or MacMolPlt for doing this.
