Selection by drag (rectangle) doesn't work in orthographic projection

Good Day,

I just installed v1.99, Windows, version, and I am looking forward to using the new capabilities. One of the first things I tried was selection by drag. It works acceptable well in the perspective projection, but once I changed to the orthographic one it doesn’t work. Could you please confirm this behavior?
