I cannot reproduce it, but similar issue was reported recently.
What exactly do you get:
“File type ‘.cml’ is not supported for writing.”
or
“File type for file ‘filename.cml’ is not supported for writing.”
?

(maybe you need to run avogadro using
LANG=C avogadro
command in console to get english)

Actually, debugging is needed. But I don’t have this problem and can’t
debug.

I’ve submitted one little change, get it with git pull command and
recompile. But I’m not sure it will help.

Is there anybody who has the same problem and is able to debug it?
