Review Backlog

I’d like to get through the review backlog as part of the push-to-1.1 release.

Right now, I’d like to merge:

This leaves the controversial X11 move from Konstantin, and the orthographic projection. The latter seems to work for me, but I’d like to really torture it before merging.

Unless I hear complaints or negative reviews, I’m going to start merging the backlog this weekend.

I’ll set aside some time to look through these soon, hopefully this weekend.

I still have problems with the orthographic projection patch,
unfortunately. I spent a bit of time trying to fix it, but couldn’t
manage to fix the bug. See the comments for how to reproduce what I
was seeing.
