Summary: Quit button in GUI is unnecessary
Initial Comment:
Buttons Close and Quit should be replaced with one (Close). If single window of Avogadro is opened, it should work as Close, and if multiple windows are opened - as Quit. It’ll be more convenient and will simplify interface
