Questions Concerning the EULA and TOS

What is your End User Licensing Agreement Requirements when a someone in an Business Enterprise uses your software?

What if any do you have any Business Licensing Requirements: Do you have a pay requirements when the software is used in an enterprise environment?

I saw you mentioned data sharing in the EULA/TOS but it specifically mentioned in the forums not in the application itself. What data to you retain from a entities system or input from user created data into the appliation upon, but not limited to; general usage, crash analytics, usage analytics, data sharing?

If you do pull any data from the application upon these or any other events metioned above, what do you do with the data? Do you discard the data, keep the data, or have any claim over the data you collect that would be private business models, data entries, proprietary data, potentially patented data?

What is your data sharing policy on the appliation? Do you share the data you collect from a company that is using your software with any one else? If so, who and why?

Any other securities or guarantees of data or usage of the application not mentioned here that you could clarify?

Avogadro is open source. The majority of the code is covered by the BSD license: BSD licenses - Wikipedia

Some code involving Open Babel is licensed under the GPL v2 license: GNU General Public License - Wikipedia

Neither of these have any end-user requirements unless you modify the source code.
