When I select the first atom for measuring a bond length, I get this error:
ASSERT: “idx >= 0 && idx < s” in file /usr/include/QtCore/qvarlengtharray.h, line 92
And Avogadro crashes.
openSUSE 11.0 and every package uptodate (I think).
