These messages show something is not right, and maybe is leading to
the hanging problems I have. Googling this error shows it seems to be
a code problem. The messages are harmless maybe, expect that they
swamp legitimate messages. Or is this some kind of build error?

Otherwise it might cause some confusion, as these warnings are unrelated to
Avogadro 
As for these warnings, I recall tracking them down years ago, and they’re
harmless. I’d wanted to clean them up at some point, but it was very low
priority – they can be safely ignored.
