QCoreApplication and Locale

It seems we’re not out of the woods yet with locale issues. I’m not
sure if OB-2.2 will ship with locale fixes before Qt-4.4 (whenever
either of those ship).

But it seems like Trolltech intends to change QCoreApplication:

Uh oh, that’s indeed pretty bad for us, because this thing that they intend to
remove is good for us!

So I’m going to port to avogadro the fix that I had committed for Kalzium.
This way we’re definitively “out of the woods” :slight_smile:
