Problem to open .pdb files in Avogadro 2 1.100.0

Hi
I need help to open a .pdb file in Avogadro 2 1.100.0 . There are .pdb files that Avogadro does read and displays the molecual. However, files that were moved from .pdbqt to .pdb format does not open them. The bar appears to load the molecule but then the bar freezes and Avogadro 2 1.100.0 closes.
What could be this error ?

It would help to know what OS you’re using, since there have been issues with the 1.100 release on Windows (vs. a nightly build).
