Summary: plot: Customize should expand towards the bottom
Initial Comment:
Right now, when one clicks on the “Customize” button in spectra plot dialog, the additional buttons etc. show up to the top. This leaves the overall window size of the dialog constant; however, it greatly reduces the size of the actual plot.
I think it would be better if the plot remained unchanged whether or not the customize controls are visable.
