I am a Enviromental Chemistry student and very often I am not in the internet and I can’t to use your help’s links. My question is: Is there any pdf manual? It would be very useful, not only for me.
All my strength to you because Avogadro can be a reference in Chemistry software.

I’m afraid that there is no such manual. But we are planning to improve of existing
documentation. Also I think that it would be great to add help pages directly into
application
