Orbitals move to different open windows

I believe this to be a bug with Avogadro

Environment Information

Avogadro version:1.2.0
Operating system and version: macOS HighSierra, Version 10.13.6

Expected Behavior

I have been trying to view orbitals from multiple formatted checkpoint files (produced using Gaussian) at the same time. I would expect, with multiple Avogadro windows open, that I would be able to toggle through orbitals in each window independently.

Actual Behavior

When I open multiple windows, both molecules load fine, but if I try to toggle through orbitals, the orbitals only appear in one of the windows (i.e. orbitals from one molecule/window will display on the other molecule/window). Closing one of the windows causes the molecule in the other window to disappear as well.

Steps to Reproduce

(Seems to be Mac specific, as I have seen similar issues on other Mac workstations, but have no problems on my Dell laptop)

  1. Open two or more formatted checkpoint files concurrently.
  2. Render orbitals in each window.
  3. Select rendered orbitals and the orbitals should only appear in one window.
