OpenBabel Conversion error with Gaussian 03 output

I believe this to be a bug with Avogadro.

Environment Information

Avogadro version:
Operating system and version:
Windows 11 Home edition
Avogadro 2 version 1.99

Expected Behavior

Open a g03 file and visualize the structure

Actual Behavior

'Error when reading [filename]:
OpenBabel error: conversion failed

Steps to Reproduce

Happens every time, whether I use “all supported formats” or “Gaussian output”
Please upload files if appropriate here (or via file-sharing service like Dropbox or Pastebin)

Other things I’ve tried:

I downloaded the OpenBabel GUI, which successfully opened the file and converted it to a variety of different file formats without incident.

I downloaded the nightly build of Avogadro 2 and tried opening the file there and got the same error.

I’ll look into it. Works fine on my Mac, but it’s obvious there are some Windows-specific importing bugs in 1.99.
