Initial Comment:
I’m running x86_64 Gentoo, and avogadro 0.6.1 was working
fine with openbabel-2.2.0_beta4_r1 until I upgraded to
openbabel-2.2.0_beta5 today (as it entered stable).
Then when I tried to run avogadro I got:
“avogadro: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib64/avogadro/tools/libdrawtool.so: undefined symbol: _ZN9OpenBabel9OBBuilderC1Ev”
after all the normal initialisation dialogues.
I don’t know if this is gentoo specific or openbabel related.
I have downgraded back to beta4_r1 and it works fine again.
