  1. If I try to create or open a new window, the opened window will be closed. It would be nice to keep both windows.
  2. When create MOs, it would be nice to show the energy of the HOMOs or LUMOs somewhere.

It’s actually not closed - just hidden… although it could probably use some better docs or indication. If you click the “Molecules” tab in the bottom left corner (instead of “Layers”), you’ll see that all the files you opened are listed, e.g.

Click on any of the items in the list to bring them back up.

Yes, as you mentioned, it would be nice to bring back the orbital tab, but that hasn’t happened yet.

I’m open to suggestions on how to show other properties in the meantime or in addition to the orbital table.
