No toolbar when opening software

I believe this to be a bug with Avogadro:

i am not able to access the toolbar for atom selection and moving the atoms around

Environment Information

Avogadro version:1.2.0
Operating system and version: macOS Sequoia 15.7

Expected Behavior

should have toolbar open up when i open the app

Actual Behavior

no toolbar to be seen

Avogadro 1.2 is a very old version which doesn’t work well on modern operating systems. If you go to https://two.avogadro.cc/install/ then you can download the latest version, 1.101.

While I agree 110% with using the recent releases of Install — Avogadro 1.101.0 documentation

You can re-open toolbars in 1.2 by going to Window ⇒ Toolbars and selecting whatever was hidden. It will remember whatever you set to hide / show the next time you launch the app.
