Summary: Navigation doesn’t detect mouse scroll in windows
Initial Comment:
Windows is having some problem detecting my mouse scroll up and down. This didn’t happen before. I believe it’s something with 4.3.1 Will have to examine more later and put in some debug code to see what’s happening with the mouse.
