Hello everybody!
Is Avogardo is capable to handle more than one molecule in it’s “universe”? I
have played around a bit, but failed to get that. Seems, all atoms are assigned
to same molecule.
If it is not capable, do you have plans to implement such functionality?

I think we need to be a bit careful about “molecule” here. Obviously, you can have multiple molecular fragments in one “universe” as you say. You can also open up files with multiple “universes” as separate records.
So my question is this… what in particular are you looking for? Can you be a bit more specific?
