I don’t know because that URL is pretty old - it was hosted through GitBook when we wrote the manual in 2015.
The Avogadro 1 website (including manual) has been at https://avogadro.cc … pretty much ever since.
The Avogadro 2 website is at https://two.avogadro.cc
