At “Building Avogadro section” follwing string is propably incorrect (doesn’ t work for me)
-DEIGEN2_INCLUDE_DIR=$HOME/src/eigen2/src \
Compiler could not find Eigen/Core file
I got it work with
" -DEIGEN2_INCLUDE_DIR=$HOME/src/eigen2/ "
OS ubuntu 9.04 freshly installed. with all needed dependencies
