Summary: issues in POV-Ray export dialog

Hi,
This is with avo 0.9.3 – perhaps it’s been fixed since!
In the povray dialog, here on linux (opensuse 11.1), the default path is “/home/.png”
So the logic to determine the home directory should be fixed so it defaults to /home/bjacob.
The second,related issue is that when i tried “/home/a.png”, as i hadn’t seen the wrong path, it failed silently – it would be good to give the user an error message that the file couldn’t be created. I understand that communication with povray is probably lacking, but you can emulate that by testing that the file exists after povray has exited.
