Issue with populating the "Download Plugins..." dialogue box in Avogadro 1.97.0 for Windows 10

I have been having the following issue…

Environment Information

Avogadro version: 1.97.0
Operating system and version: Windows 10 Home, Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044

Expected Behavior

Populating a list of available extensions under the “Download Plugins…” dialogue box and being able to download them

Actual Behavior

No list is generated

Steps to Reproduce

Open new window of the application and select Extension > “Download Plugins…”

Yes, there seems to be an issue with SSL / HTTPS support on Windows.

If you’re willing to help work with me to debug it, I’d be very grateful.

Basically I think the installer is missing an OpenSSL DLL and so it won’t successfully make an HTTPS connection.
