Import trajectories from PDB files

I was using Avogadro to look at trajectories from PDB files. I was wondering about the development of Avogadro and saw that Avogadro 2 is being developed. When picking up the latest version of Avogadro I noticed importing trajectories from PDB files was no longer possible. Or at least as can be seen in the image is currently giving errors.

Seeing as some (open source) software stores trajectories in PDB files (not the most efficient way btw), I was thinking that this would be a nice addition to Avogadro 2 as well.

Yeah, it’s a good suggestion. It will read XYZ files as trajectories, but you’re right that it doesn’t yet support PDB files this way.
