I Have a couple of aromatic rings within a larger ring, but I want all of the carbon rings to be aromatic and I am not sure how to make them aromatic.
I’m not sure what you mean. Do you want to draw aromatic rings and are having trouble doing that?
Or are you importing files and don’t see the bond orders you expect?
A graphic or screenshot would be very helpful here…
