I want to export unit cell graphs with white background.
But I do not know how I can change the color of the unit cell
box, so that it can still be shown in the graph.

Depending on the version of avogadro, there are two ways to do this.
Older versions have a “Unit Cell Properties” (or similiar, I don’t
recall the exact wording) menu option that will bring up a dialog that
will allow the unit cell color to be changed. Newer version of
avogadro have the “View >> Crystal View Options” menu item that adds a
side bar with a “Color” button that can be used to change the
appearance of the axes.
