With 2.0 right around the corner it’s high time to get the documentation fully updated to 2.0 so we can show of a sleek, user-friendly, up-to-date user guide.
I’ve been over every file in the website repository, and compiled a list of all pages that need updates of any kind, large or small. There is an open issue in the repo that outlines the doc pages that need an update.
Many of them just need new images or need some formatting of the images, but some of them probably need a complete rewrite, or at least need extensive updates (like the entirety of building-materials).
It’d be great to get some community involvement, especially if you’re extra passionate about a specific feature of Avogadro 2. I’m planning on going through and updating a lot of the molecule images myself (since I would like them to be compatible with dark and light mode), but anyone is welcome to provide images!
