Both vibrational modes and orbital visualization are not visible on avagadro 1.91.0. The vibrational modes option is greyed out when a hessian log file generated by GAMESS is opened. When opening the same file in macmolplt they are visible so the file I’m trying to visualize is fine. Is there a way to fix this?
You’re referencing a beta version that’s over 4 years old. The current release is 1.97, and I’d recommend using a nightly build: https://two.avogadro.cc/
Do you have these problems on a more recent version? If so, please let us know what OS you’re using, and if possible post a link to an example file.
