It depends on what version of Avogadro you’re using. For Avogadro 1, the Avogadro-YaeHMOP team has a webpage with binaries: https://avogadro-yaehmop.github.io/

For Avogadro v2, it’s built-in for running band structures – it’s under the Extensions menu.
