I want to know about fetched molecule (File–Import–Fetch molecular
structure) in Avogadro. Are these some experimental molecular structures or
only guess?

These are structures from PubChem3D. The accuracy of exact bond lengths and angles may vary, since the 3D coordinates are computer generated, but stereochemistry, etc. should be as accurate as PubChem.
