Export Bond Properties to Excel

Hello!

Is there a way of exporting the Bond Property Table to e.g. Excel?
The simple copy&paste only copies one single value, but I want
to export the whole table.

I use WinXP and Avogadro 1.0.3.

Cheers

At the moment, no, but it’s definitely a good idea. We should override the copy behavior to copy the entire table.

Hi All,

I (sort of) had this working when I extended the properties widgets to
display the data for multiple conformers. I wasn’t able to override
the copy behaviour on the Mac so I never implemented it fully, but the
code to copy the highlighted bits of the table should be in the
checkins I made to Gerrit.

Best wishes,

Jens
