There were more errors, I think they were referring to third party dependancies like vtk yaehmop openbabel etc
Thanks for the heads-up. I suspect the avogadroapp installer isn’t properly linking the DLLs.
Are the Windows nightly builds better now?

Yes windows nightly builds are better now, exccept openbabel dll files throws some error.
