I believe this to be a bug with Avogadro
Environment Information
Avogadro version: 1.93.0
Operating system and version: macOS Big Sur (11.1)
Expected Behavior
I am unable to run any of the Open Babel extension functions.
Actual Behavior
I receive an error message “Error interpreting Open Babel Output” any time I try to execute an Open Babel function (geometry optimization, remove hydrogen atoms, etc).
Steps to Reproduce
I have attempted to do energy minimization using the porphyrin and vitamin C molecules from the ‘Example Molecules’ folder that was associated with Avogadro1. I will say that the Open Babel functions do seem to work with the version of Avogadro1 that I also have on my computer.
