Does anyone have any experience in using keyboard inputs to build a molecule?
I want to possibly use Avogadro in my course this semester and I need to be able to use keyboard inputs only in order to pass disability accessibility inspection.

While most actions are possible via keyboard, I’m not sure that everything is accessible in that way.
One point is that most molecules can be imported via File -> Import -> Fetch by chemical name…
It would help to know what else you have planned. Many things are possible through the Build -> Properties spreadsheets (e.g., changing the element of a particular atom, changing a bond length, etc.)
You can also use Build – Insert – SMILES, if you prepare the list of SMILES for your compounds beforehand.
