Summary: Draw Tool: Automatically Add Hydrogens?

I think the draw tool should have an option to automatically add/change hydrogen atoms. So if I choose this option, inserting a carbon atom automatically creates a CH4. Dragging to create two carbon atoms creates H3C-CH3, etc.
Anytime an atom is created or modified, the hydrogens should be added/deleted as needed.
This would enable more of a “sculpt” mode where you keep clicking and dragging and quickly sculpt out the molecule you want. This would integrate well with the auto-optimize tool as well.
