Summary: conformer search blows up
Initial Comment:
I was playing around with the conformer search extension with ethylbenzene but with the systematic and random searches the molecule “blows up”. I’m going to attach a screenshot of it. However, the weighted search doesn’t seem to blow up, at least with ethylbenzene.
Interestingly, if I undo the conformer search and try to optimize the geometry it also blows up in the same way.
