Summary: can’t reset engine selection at startup

It’s somewhat unexpected that avogadro remembers the selected engines between sessions. Even though this feature is nice for people who are going to consistently use the same engines, it can also be frustrating if you want to just have the default engine selection. Would it be possible to have some sort of “save engine configuration on shutdown” checkbox in the preferences?
