Bug Avogadro into ORCA, first blank line

Hi guys

using Orca 5.0 I did find a bug with Avogadro.

Can you be a bit more specific? What version of Avogadro are you using? What OS? Are you transferring the files to a Linux server? If so, what are you using?

All of these can affect line endings.

I am using Avogadro 1.2.0 see the forum I have attached the full description.
DO you see the forum? are you logged?
I am using windows 10, sending the file through filezila to a linux server.
