Avogadro installation error

Hello everyone,
I’m quite new to Avogadro, thought of having a try in
my suse 10.3 system.

                 First i started with installing all the

dependencies(qt, openbabel, Eigen, cmake) in local directory since not much
space in my root partition, i guess i tried to give all the necessary flags
while configuring it. Here are the last few lines after the execution

– Boost Python NOT found - Python support disabled.
– Threaded OpenGL rendering not enabled
– RPath support enabled for installed binaries and libraries

– docbook tools not found, doc targets disabled
– Configuring done
– Generating done
– Build files have been written to: ~/software/build

                            Now proceeding further with "make -j2" i get
