Hello,
I’m trying to get Avogadro 1.0.0 running on my Intel Mac (10.4.11). The
prebuilt .app does nothing when launched. This is also the case with
Avogadro 0.9.9. Avogadro 0.9.5 does launch. I have various versions of
python installed on my system (default running 2.5.4). Is this an issue?
The only other mention of this I could find online anywhere is the first
comment in the following:

I am in the middle of trying to compile the source, but it’s slow moving to
get all the dependencies in order.
Please let me know if this is a common problem with the mac binaries. Also,
let me know if there is more information I can supply you with (or even if
this is the correct list).
