The generated API-docs can be found here:
http://avogadro.sourceforge.net/dev-api/main.html
As you notice the docs are seriously outdated (4 month old). I have no
clue how to regenerate them. Could somebody please tell me how to do
that? I would like to improve the API-docs for 0.20.

These are generated using Doxygen, but I was not able to reproduce them by
simply runnning from the main directory. I believe Donald had some
procedure to generate those exact pages.
It might be good to have an automated service to update the “dev-api”
docs, and then as we near a more stable release, give something like:
http://avogadro.sourceforge.net/api/1.0/
http://avogadro.sourceforge.net/api/1.1/
etc.
Cheers,
-Geoff
I’ve put together an automated update on my machine with secure login so it
should start updating the api from trunk automatically everyday.
