@Peggy To replicate your observation, can please add the underlying log file Avogadro is asked to process? If you want to retain IP prior to filing a patent, or publication about the structure your computation is about, it equally is fine to share the log about the same type of computation with an other (simpler) structure e.g., methyl ethylketone as .tar.gz archive.
